Erin E. Steidlmayer

Erin’s law practice is focused on Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration.

Erin works closely with her clients and their tax and financial advisors to guide important gift, estate, and other transfer tax decisions, as well as to carefully draft and communicate important last wishes.  In addition, Erin is experienced in advising personal representatives and trustees to navigate through probate and trust probate issues.

Although born in Honolulu, Oahu, Erin has lived in Northern California since childhood.  Erin graduated from University of California, Davis, and attended Santa Clara University School of Law. While in law school, she studied the summer abroad program at Oxford University, and was a technical editor for the Santa Clara High Tech Law Journal.

After law school, Erin worked at Oracle America, Inc. as a senior license consultant.  In 2014, she moved to Colusa to join her husband and father-in-law at Steidlmayer Law.  The move to Colusa motivated Erin to sharpen her legal focus on estate planning issues, which was more closely aligned with her own life and the surrounding community.

Erin is proud to be an active part of Colusa, where she spends her time as a volunteer in the classroom, soccer coach, and a member of the Colusa Unified School District Board of Trustees.
